added a json decoder and encoder for the hp model and the visualization, such that we can now just add json for the model and it will insert it

TODO -> Need to resize the window for the 3d VIS

added the 3d visualization, for now we can add proteins by coordinates, and we can view them in 3d. Trying to make the UI look more sleek later
