feature: Added 3D Visualization for simple spheres

Added 3D Visualization. For now we can add proteins by coordinates, furthermore we can indicate whether they are of type H or not.

TODO is to add a json encoder to the HPModel so we can get a json string of the points. And also just a general method to visualize a HPModel as input, so we can test them visually aswell.

We also need to make the lines thicker, and add proper coloring based on whether its a H or not
