Big commit. Use RingP in BGMN compiler, attempt to use NTT to do polynomial evaluation (fail), fix parameters

Include B in LPR_SetInitialParams rather than LPR_ReRand to ease benchmark and tests. Add parameter selection for optimized protocol. Add code to benchmark original OT protocol.

Fix the code by using the updated code to add r_0+s to the second component of the ciphertext and to rerandomization key. Furthermore some prettifying.
