Melanie Häuser Ryom requested to merge iteration2 into master

The goal of iteration 2 is to finish the AlphaCiv project by introducing units and all functionality related to them (including movement and attacking). Also implementing the missing City functionality (including unit production, reducing treasury and choosing production).
