Feature change time while cooking

Mathias Gorm Petersen requested to merge FeatureChangeTimeWhileCooking into main

Implemented the feature so you can change the time while microwave is cooking. By pressed the time button while cooking the timer will add 60 seconds. I made changes in Itimer, Timer, ICookcontroller, Cookcontroller and Userinterface and added test for the three classes.
