Init opendr documentation

Add resources and instructions about how to display the documentation in HTML format. I also add the global Makefile in the root folder that will also install the documentation dependencies.

For the moment there is just one page documenting the engine.data classes. This is just a proposal about how to write the documentation, but please let me know if you have any suggestion for improving it.
