Move blocks

Implemented moving blocks. There are still a few issues:

• Every now and then there is a weird bug where a preview doesn't disappear
• You can drag a block by clicking everywhere on it, which causes issues when clicking on buttons in the blocks

Changed the dates in deadlines, so they are not all red
