Logging cleaned to use Syslog

This is a cleanup of the logging system. Instead of using a logfile it uses syslog, which is much cleaner and already has tools to manage the log. Before merging this beware there are unpushed changes on ms100 that need to be pushed first. Besides the syslog cleaning there are also some general variable cleanup:

  • Cleaned logging sytem (Relative to the local unpushed master branch)
  • Cleaned variables
