Feature: Added ACO and made some GUI changes

  • Added ACO implementation, plus i tuned the hyperparameters
  • Allowed for light mode in gui
  • Added sequence of spheres, allowing the user to remove or hide proteins
  • The UI can now show H-H Contacts
