renamed jonas to sim3a

Hi @klytje ,

I have replaced all mentions of jonas with sim3a. So now the header files are found under include/sim3a/ and the source files are under src/. I think this makes more sense. (The name jonas was only there for historical reasons.)

However, this may be a good time to decide if we want to keep the package name as sim3a, or do we want to change it? My only concern with sim3a is that it is cumbersome / not straightforward to pronounce, and the connection from 3a to triple alpha is not obvious to everyone.

Some alternative name suggestions:

  • tripleAlpha
  • triAlpha

Other ideas?
