Remove AUSAlib dependency

We are really close to being able to completely remove AUSAlib as a dependency. We only have to come up with an alternative for the unit parsers. Right now we use them for three parameters: the interaction radius r0, the reduced width for beryllium, and the excitation energies. But do we really need to support multiple units for these parameters?
