E23 energy plot

Currently the user has no way of evaluating what fitting and cutting the E23 energies actually does to their data, except by looking at the output itself. I think it would be a good addition to the plotting tool to make pretty E23 energy plots that clearly shows what events are cut.

I have actually already started implementing this, but it turned out to be more difficult to do than I anticipated.
