### Reading guide
This section explains how the project is constructed and additionally how abbreviations and source references are used.
The project is initiated with a description of the problem and, afterwards, the project process throughout the project. Next is theory about anatomy, biomechanics and technical aspects needed for the development of the prototype. The prototype setup and user protocol are described. In the subsequent sections, the developed program will be elaborated, after which experiments to test the prototype relative to the conventional Nordic hamstring exercise will be described. Lastly, the project contains a discussion of relevant subjects. A conclusion rounds up the project and summarizes the findings of the project.
In the project, sources are referred to with numbers, which refers to a numbered bibliography at the end of the project. The bibliography is in alphabetical order.
All sections, figures and tables are numbered, to which cross-references are made through the project.
Words abbreviated in the project will, the first time they appear, be in their full length with the abbreviation in parenthesis immediately after. After the first appearance the abbreviation will be used.
Appendices are referred to through the report. These are gathered in an appendix report.
